You will find a well-stocked kitchen with pots & pans, dishes & tools. There is a bonus bedroom with two twin beds.

Good to know

The owners may be in the main house or they may or may not be hosting other out-of-town guests during your stay. The apartment has a private entrance and dedicated parking on the left side of the circular driveway. The apartment has a bonus bedroom with two twin beds. The only bathroom access is through the main bedroom. So the bonus room is best for children traveling with their parents and not adult friends. If traveling with others, you may want to consider utilizing the four-bedroom main house along with or separate from the apartment. Other Details to Note

This property is located at the back of a very quiet subdivision on a cul-de-sac that backs to trees and a creek. The apartment is close to shopping, 5 minutes from the Mall of Georgia, restaurants, and 15 minutes from Lake Lanier. It is located conveniently between I-85 and I-985. This home hosts two separate and private units that may or may not be utilized by other guests. We have added soundproofing between the apartment and the main house floor to help reduce and hopefully eliminate sounds from the other unit. When we stay in the house or apartment we rarely see others coming or going. You will love this home away from home.

This charming property is located on a cul-de-sac corner near the back of a quiet, well-kept subdivision. The only traffic that comes by is to and from the handful of houses that are beyond this one at the very back of the subdivision. There is is thick woods behind the home with a gentle stream running through. Sitting on the rear patio is great place to enjoy a wonderful connection with nature.....or read a great book.....or eat.....or just sip some wine....or whatever.

You have access to the entire apartment. No part of it is shared. There is a main house upstairs with a private entrance that is independent of the apartment. There is dedicated parking in the circular drive for the apartment guests.

This was our 3rd stay here, and the property was pristine, as usual. This place is so much bigger and better than any local hotel, for a little less money. Unless it's unavailable I can't see staying anywhere else in the area.

There is parking for 2 cars in the circular driveway. The property is smack in the middle of everything, most within a 5-10 minute drive.
